Reservation depostis are Non-refundable if you cancel,
otherwise it is applied towards the rental. Reservations
are on first deposit received, first taken basis.

Security deposits are refundable upon the return of the
unit in proper condition.

Pet fees:
$20.00 per day (additional daily rate)
$100.00 per week (addt'l weekly rate)
Only one unit available for pets.

Brake Control installed starting at $120.00 (permanent
installation on your vehicle)

No smoking allowed in any of the rental units, there will
be a $300.00 cleaning and deodarization fee if not
strictly adhered to.

No pets allowed except in designated unit, there will be
a $150.00 cleaning and deodorization fee if not strictly
adheared to.
